"The Wolf of Wall Street" is a Brilliant movie but please don't make the mistake of thinking that it has anything to do with sales. With one exception (see my part 2 of this tomorrow). Why? well I am regularly asked "what qualities do you look for when hiring a sales person"?
There are 6 key characteristics that I believe all sales professionals should have. The first of these is integrity and if theres one thing that Jordan Belfort lacked during the period the film covers it was integrity. Common sense comes to mind as well. At the time he probably thought integrity was the name of new car from Ferrari.
