Well known Harrogate After Dinner Speaker Terry Ryan was invited by The President of Wetherby Speakers Club to act as Master of Ceremonies for the clubs thirty second Charter Anniversary Dinner at The Bridge Inn Walshford near Wetherby on Friday December 4th. This is the second year running that Terry has been asked to take on the role.
Terry said "Being Master of Ceremonies for a Black Tie event is always an exciting mixture of fun and tension" "its even more interesting when the audience is mainly composed of fellow speakers" he added.
Terry is keen to encourage people to take up public speaking because of the benefits it brings to those who want to improve their communication skills and boost their self confidence.
